CBD Stick/Salve

I had read about the healing properties of CBD oil in injury, so when I was faced with nerve and muscle pain in my left shoulder, I decided to give this balm a try - and I'm so glad I did. The salve is a balm-to-oil texture, so feels really nice on the skin, the heat gently builds and is long-lasting. You can adjust the quantity to get the desired level of heat - I would start off with just a little and then build into the areas that you want a more intense therapeutic feeling. I did do other physical rehab for this injury, but I know that this balm expedited the healing, the difference after just days of use was incredible. I use it at night-time, and probably use quite a lot of the product as I like the heat sensation, initially I especially noticed an improvement in my sleep – both the quality and my ability to get to sleep with the injury. Now that the injury has improved, I have incorporated the salve into my self-care routine as I loved the benefits so much. I apply it to my back, neck and knees before bed, my sleep is so good when I use it and my joints and back feel rested and mobile in the morning.
